TikToker who filmed himself inside family’s home may have breached court order already

A TIKTOK “prankster” is being investigated by police for potentially breaching a court order imposed after he filmed himself entering a family’s home.

Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, 18, also known as Mizzy, was given a two-year criminal behaviour order on Wednesday after Thames magistrates’ court heard he entered the home without permission.

He had also caused outrage by snatching an elderly woman’s dog, jumping over an Orthodox Jewish man and asking a person “do you want to die?”

The court order stipulates he must not directly or indirectly post videos on to social media without the documented consent of the people featured.

But just hours after his court appearance, a new Twitter account posted clips of him riding an e-bike through a busy Sainsbury’s and cycling into a Job Centre. He says: “Hello world I’m back and I’m taking over this, yeah...” Scotland Yard said today: “We are aware of the videos and inquiries are ongoing.”

O’Garro, of Hackney, appeared in court on Wednesday to admit to one count of failing to comply with a community protection notice. Varinder Hayre, prosecuting, said he was issued with it on May 11 last year. Two of its conditions were not to trespass on private property. Ms Hayre said that on May 15 this year he entered the Hackney home of a clearly distressed couple present with their two children. The judge ordered O’Garro to pay a £200 fine, a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85.

O’Garro then appeared on Talk TV with Piers Morgan.
