A NEW urban park — complete with an amphitheatre for entertainment and events — will greet workers returning to the City as the WFH order lifts.

British Land’s 1.5-acre Exchange Square at Broadgate was designed by DSDHA as an outdoor haven within its £1.5 billion revamp of the district around Liverpool Street station.

David Lockyer, the FTSE 100 developer’s head of campuses, said it would allow visitors to find “a tranquil place within a busy capital”.
