More than 75 per cent of Tortilla’s menu is vegan, so going plant-based couldn’t be easier – and there’s even a vegan cheese alternative to its popular Monterey Jack cheese. This January, the Mexican restaurant is partnering with Applewood, Club Cultured and Veganuary UK to launch its very first vegan cheese quesadilla.
