Rose’s chance to blossom at Watford

DANNY ROSE is set to make his Watford debut against Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup tonight. The left-back, 31, joined the Hornets on a free over the summer after leaving Tottenham. Rose has been an unused substitute in the opening two Premier League games but coach Xisco Munoz has praised his hard work during pre-season. “If he plays or if he plays only 25 minutes I need to see the best Danny,” said Munoz.
