Got the renovation bug after lockdown? Then this is the property show for you ...

Lockdowns have led to a boom in home renovations — but not everyone has been sticking to the standard loft extension.

A property show is tracking down the nation’s quirkiest renovations, from a DIY-er who wants to turn a Transit van into an apartment to the homeowners who built a witches’ cottage as a haven for cats. Quick Little Builds follows architect Gabrielle Omar, left, as she dispenses advice to help people transform even the tiniest spaces on tight budgets. With her help, a couple build a dog grooming parlour for £1,600, a beach hut is revamped for £2,000 and a shed is turned into a studio for £3,000.
